The Committee on Technology and Infrastructure moves to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 2877 – “A Bill to amend and reenact §17C-13-6 of the Code of West Virginia, as amended, relating to parking privileges for persons with a mobility impairment; prohibiting public entities from installing or maintaining parking meters in an accessible parking space bearing the international symbol of access.”
